The Camp Samac Program team has been very busy over the last couple of years developing a number of programs and activities for our youth.
We currently offer programs like fire-lighting, knots and shelter building for your sections and their scouters. A lot of new activities are now available at the Program Cabin and throughout the camp. We are also in process of completing setup of a Ham Radio Centre, a Woodworking Shop, a STEM Centre and a Nature Centre with a tree lab and many other new activities.
These are led by volunteers, just like YOU! We are hoping to also introduce a camp weekend prefect/factor program. Our program offers will need many hands to make it work….. Could you be one of those sets of hands???
Come out to our Volunteer Orientation gathering to learn more and see if this is a fit for you!!
Our volunteers can offer a couple of hours a week to one event, one program or one weekend a year… whatever fits your schedule works for us!
